The 2022 Champions MVP, Bryan ‘pANcada‘ Lua has returned back to his former team that brought him to the Champions 2022 trophy.

After 2 years spent on the NA side, Sentinels, he was benched earlier this year for Jordan ‘Zellsis‘ Montemurro. This led to Sentinels allowing him to explore options as an unrestricted free agent, meaning teams could sign him without a buy-out clause that would have been, without a doubt, huge.

After much consideration, with contracts from FURIA and MIBR on the table for the superstar, he boded his time and chose a return to LOUD and a return to his former IGL and team-mates Saadhak and Less.

After dropping ‘qck‘ after a dissapointing split 2, LOUD were without a fifth and reportedly dropped Less for a moment until he was cleared to return back to the starting squad which could have been a reason for the delay on this annoucement.

pANcada will become the starting controller on the LOUD side for Split 2 in VCT Americas with their first game coming up against Evil Geniuses on the 2nd of June.

It is expected that TuyZ will take up the duelist role with his previous teams having him on the duelist and in his recent ranked games, he has been playing Jett and Raze expecting to switch over with his AWP-ing ability being shown in Split 1 even on the Omen role.

The biggest question about the return is, whether or not they can compete to the level that they were in 2022 without aspas. This is a role that needs to be filled by Tuyz which are very big boots to fill.

It is not announced yet, however, the only player suitable to take up the duelist role is tuyz with playing 81 games on the Jett and 55 on the Raze which are currently in the meta.

There seems to be no other changes being made to this squad before their game in just over 1 weeks time. It has been 2 years since pANcada has played alongside his Brazilian team mates, and it will be a long awaited return for this MVP controller.
