FNATIC get their first win of VCT EMEA Kick-Off with a nailbiting overtime 3rd map against NAVI in standard FNATIC fashion with an incredible comeback.
FNATIC, once the kings of EMEA, came into this game after losing their first game against BBL, on the verge of getting knocked out of VCT EMEA, they had to turn up and play their best VALORANT, which didn’t seem to happen until it mattered.

kaajak stunned NAVI with a stellar performance dropping 73 kills across the 3 maps and going nuclear in the final map.
Alfajer, also after creating such huge success on the sentinel role, FNATIC’s new coach, Elmapuddy, has put him on the more flex role. Especially taking up three roles in this win over NAVI.
Whilst becoming one of the best Sentinel players in the world, he has taken the opposite role, Duelist, under his wing and excelling on it matching kaajak’s 32 kills on Haven with a double duelist comp that was used last year.

kaajak showed fans why he is the perfect Derke replacement with a monster final map dropping 32 kills and pulling off a 1v2 impossible clutch against a side that went up 11-5 which FNATIC managed to scramble back to 12-12 and then taking the map 15-13 in overtime.
This win now sends FNATIC into a match up against Gentle Mates after their loss against Team Heretics in the upper bracket Quarter Finals. This match should be a tough challenge for the once Kings of EMEA.
This loss does mean the end of Kick-Off for NAVI whilst they look towards Split 1, they can work on their comps and vod-review the other teams, which is seen as a plus of going out of Kick-Off this early.
