After a rough start to Stage 1 against FNATIC, they had to bounce back in this series with a win and they did that against Apeks despite the nail biter that it turned out to be.

Many fans saw this series and said what they already knew to be true, that florescent is an incredible player and she deserves her spot in Tier 1, despite some doubts at the start of the season.

With the current meta being so Tejo, Yoru, Breach dominated, NAVI opted to not play Tejo or Breach once this series even though they have such a strong prominent position in most teams compositions, ANGE1 is well known for opting away from the meta and going in his own directions with a Chamber even being used on their duelist, Koalanoob this series.

To no surprise of many, florescent topped the leaderboard with a monster performance dropping 70 frags across the three maps with her team all going negative in KD, which sums up florescents time at Apeks at the moment.

She dropped 70 kills whilst the closest teammate to her in kills was MOLSI who dropped 43 to ultimately lose the series 2-1 during this flor masterclass.

The above ace, was on the final map where Apeks were 0-4 down at the start of the series. She managed an insane kill on the 3rd player to go down, on the Operator whilst the final two came one after another claiming her ace and cementing herself in EMEA history with a second Ace of her Tier 1 career.

After this series, Apeks are sitting at 0-2 in games despite both games going 2-1 against their favour between Team Heretics and now NAVI. They will be looking towards next week where they will face off against FNATIC, who are looking on fire if Crashies can keep his form that he showed against NAVI in their first game of Stage 1.

With this win, NAVI go to 1-1 in games and will look ahead to GIANTX, who are looking shaky, despite having such high hopes from fans coming into this year of VCT with Cloud at the drivers seat.
