G2 Jawgemo shines in this series against NRG with an incredible performance shutting down any chance of NRG even getting into the series finishing quickly 2-0.
NRG had very high hopes coming into the season, after winning the SOOP Valorant League and then looking strong with their new roster. However, after a poor kick-off, they dropped Verno from their roster and brought in brawk whilst Verno created a path at MIBR.
Since bringing in brawk to their roster, they have only managed to beat FURIA, which was a reasonably easy series despite losing the first map 13-10. Despite this win, they have lost their other two games against Cloud9 and now G2, where they got decimated.

Jawgemo topped the leaderboard with a shocking 46 kills. Usually it isnt shocking to have 46 kills across two maps, however, the maps only had a combined 33 rounds meaning he averaged a 1.4 kills per round on the Yoru and the Waylay.
The two maps were so one-sided that NRG managed a total of 7 rounds across Lotus and Ascent where G2 have pioneered the Waylay usage with Jawgemo leading the attack on the new Duelist agent.
The losing side had mada topping their team for 21 kills from this series, whilst valyn, who was the worst performer for G2, dropped 19 kills which showed the difference between the performances in this series.

There was many series like the one shown in the above tweet, where NRG should clearly have the advantage, however it always led to a round loss on Lotus which ended 13-1.
NRG will try and move on from this series and look towards Toronto where NRG will play against MIBR which should be a very hard series for the NA organisation, and they will end Stage 1 against Leviatan who are battling against them for a spot in playoffs.
