Natus Vincere kicked off the VCT EMEA Kick-Off in style, delivering a composed 2–0 victory over Karmine Corp that underlined their goals for the season ahead. Across both maps, NAVI looked sharper, more disciplined, and consistently one step ahead in the moments that mattered most.

The series opened with a closely fought first map, where Karmine Corp showed flashes of their trademark aggression even with a new roster. However, NAVI repeatedly shut the door in late rounds, converting key clutches and capitalizing on KC’s overextensions especially with LeWn being known all last year for overextending. Strong mid-round decision-making from their first time IGL, shao, allowed NAVI to edge ahead and eventually close out the opener, setting the tone for the rest of the match.

If the first map was competitive, the second was far more one-sided. NAVI settled into a strong defensive lockdown early and never let Karmine Corp find momentum taking the first half 10-2. Clean site holds, well-timed rotations, and confident aim duels steadily widened the gap, forcing KC into uncomfortable eco situations. NAVI maintained control throughout and wrapped up the map convincingly to secure the sweep ending the map 13-7.

What stood out most from NAVI was their balance. Rather than relying on individual heroics, the team consistently traded well, played structured post-plants, and punished mistakes with ruthless efficiency. Karmine Corp, meanwhile, struggled to adapt once NAVI took control, often finding themselves stalled out in late rounds with limited options.

The 2–0 win sends NAVI forward in the VCT EMEA Kickoff with momentum and confidence who will face off against Team Heretics, while Karmine Corp are left with early questions to answer as they regroup for their next outing. For NAVI, this performance served as a clear statement: they’re arriving in EMEA this season extremley prepared, polished, and hungry for trophies.
