After a shocking stage 1 from Sentinels, changes had to be made with Kaplan being released very soon after the end of Kick-Off, it seems that player changes are next on the chopping block.

The first change from the organisation was officially announced from their X account, confirming the departure of Marshall ‘N4RRATE’ Massey from their VALORANT Roster.

This comes after a tweet from Rob Moore on the 22nd of February where he announced the departure of Kaplan, following on with the fact that this was just the first wave of changes.

It is understood that Kyu is also dropped from the starting roster, with many leaks and journalists knowing what is happening with scrims and the future of the roster.

They recently announced the signing of JonahP after his stint with TheGuard/ G2 being replaced by BabyBay at the start of this season. However, the roster, including JonahP is as follows:

  • Amine “johnqt” Ouarid (IGL)
  • Gabriel “cortezia” Cortez
  • Yassin “reduxx” Aboulalazm
  • Jonah “JonahP” Pulice

They are still looking for a 5th for their roster, however, a credible leaker on X, @akamaruval, has put together a two man shortlist for the final player on the roster.

Tyson ‘TenZ’ Ngo is the front runner for the final player to round out this roster, with the only issue being Riots approval of the player re-joining the organisation.

The second pick for the roster is Gurjiwan “Jerrwin” Gill who is the Duelist player for SaD Esports.

If Sentinels can manage to bring TenZ out of retirement, it could change the way that VCT Americas is perceived with so many more eyes undoubtedly on Sentinels with this change. Many would agree that TenZ was the face of VALORANT for so many years and his retirement came as a huge shock so many fans.

According to sources, N4RRATE is currently in advanced talks with Karmine Corp to return to the French Organisation after his 1-Year stint in 2024, where he dominated on the Initiator/ Duelist role leading to him being picked up by Sentinels in 2025.
